Course Description

This is one of our most popular classes. If you have a child with ASD, you are no stranger to negative behaviors. The great news is, you are not alone. This course is designed with you in mind.

This program will introduce you to why your child exhibits these behaviors, what conditions are commonly linked to ASD, and what you can do to reduce poor behavior. In addition, this course addresses how your child with ASD may affect one’s household, i.e. siblings, marriage, etc.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Understand Why Children with ASD Often Have Behavioral Problems
  • Realize Why Parent Training is Vital for Reducing Behavioral Problems in Children with ASD
  • Identify Most Common Negative Behaviors Associated with ASD
  • Recognize Most Common Triggers for Children With ASD
  • Be Equipped to Implement Supportive Behavior Strategies
  • Identify How Autism May Affect A Marriage and Siblings
