Course Description

Many people are concerned about personal wellness and have a need for health information. This program will provide students with the knowledge of how food nutrition promotes optimal health, and how to help others accomplish the healthy goals they have for themselves. You will discover a variety of ways to prevent and manage stress in your life and the lives of others. Learn what stress is, what causes it, and some specific stress reduction techniques that inspire you to continue a life-long program of stress management. Finally, in this course you will learn valuable skills to help you lose weight and reach your target goal. You will be taught about balanced diets, good exercise and many other aspects that will affect your health.

The Key to Nutrition and Wellness

This online nutrition course is aimed at all different types of people wanting to expand their knowledge in nutrition and overall wellness. Everyday individuals, fitness enthusiasts, to the health professional will benefit from the knowledge they will gain from these wellness topics. This course provides a good understanding of the nutrients we eat and how they affect our bodies.

How to Handle Stress in the Workplace

Stress is a common factor in all forms of employment, it doesn`t matter what your job is, there is stress that is related to that job. This course is going to give you all the information you need to know about stress in the workplace and how to manage it effectively so that your health is not impacted. You will be given all of the tools that you need to decrease your stress and give you better health.

Weight Loss

Tracy Hutchinson is a Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP), with more than a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry. As a wellness coach, personal trainer, and group exercise instructor, she has helped people transform their lives by transforming their health.
Tracy developed a course for managing weight loss and maintaining that loss throughout your life. This course will give you all of the knowledge and skills that you need to live a healthy life so that you can not only hit your goal weight but maintain it for years to come.

Outcome

This course provides a good understanding of the nutrients we eat and how they affect our bodies. Students will be given numerous tools to help decrease stress levels and give overall better health.

Assessment

Visual Demonstrations & Multimedia Presentations - Our courseware includes instructor-led demonstrations and visual presentations that allow students to develop their skills based on real world scenarios explained by the instructor. We always focus on real world scenarios and skill-set development.

Quizzes & Exam Simulators - The custom practice exams prepare you for your exams differently and more effectively than the traditional exam preps on the market. You will have practice quizzes after each module to ensure you are confident on the topic you have completed before proceeding. This will allow you to gauge your effectiveness before moving to the next module in your course. These courses also include practice exams designed to replicate and mirror the environment in the testing center. These exams are on average 100 questions to ensure you are 100% prepared before taking your certification exam.
